Tickets for most events are available from the box office as detailed below, unless otherwise stated in the programme.

All major credit/debit cards, cash and cheques accepted. Telephone bookings are subject to a £2.50 booking fee. Tickets will be posted out first class.

Any remaining tickets are available at each festival venue from 30 minutes before the start of each event.

Concessions

Senior citizens, students and unwaged are eligible for concessions at £1 off the ticket price for events only at the Town Hall, Grosvenor Museum, St Mary's Centre and University of Chester.

Access

There is level or lift access to most venues and the Box Office.

Getting Here

Chester is served by regular bus and train services. A bus-link operates between Chester railway station and the city centre; the bus terminus is next to the town hall; a park and ride scheme operates from various directions into the city.

Parking

Parking is free for all events on the campus of the University of Chester. City centre car parks are available.
